  • What kinds of spaces can you organize?

    You name it, I can help it work better for you. I have a passion for working in high-traffic areas, like kitchens, playrooms, and mudrooms, because these will make the biggest impact on your life and have you breathing a sigh of relief. Once everything has a place and the whole family can see where things go, every room or space is more enjoyable.

  • What can I expect from the in-home consultation?

    We will walk through your space and talk about your challenges, goals, and budget. The appointment will take up to an hour depending on your needs. After the consultation, I will propose a customized plan to create systems that will allow you to achieve and maintain the space of your dreams. Everything from start to finish is completely personalized and confidential.

  • Do I need to be present for the organizing sessions?

    Some clients like to participate in the process of decluttering and organizing, and others prefer it if I take care of everything from start to finish. If you want to tackle your project together, please wear comfy clothing and be sure that pets and children remain out of the work space for their own safety.

  • Are organizing products included in the package cost?

    Products are not included in the session or package cost. Even if you are very excited to get started, I recommend waiting for your customized plan before purchasing any baskets, bins, or other products. I can also do the shopping for you.

  • What are your COVID-19 protocols?

    The health and safety of my clients is a top priority. I am fully vaccinated and boosted but will happily wear a mask in your home upon request.

  • I am concerned that I am a hoarder. Can you help me?

    There is a big difference between being disorganized and needing to declutter and living in a true hoarding situation. Currently I am not in a position to best serve clients with hoarding tendencies, but it’s worth talking over your specific situation. We can assess together if I am well-suited for your needs or if a referral to another expert is more appropriate.

  • When do packages expire?

    You have 12 months from the time of purchase to book and use your sessions, unless we have made other arrangements.
